We want you to love every bottle you order from The Intense Beauty. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Free 30-day returns

You can return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is on us. Just email info@theintensebeauty.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

What can be returned

• Items must be new, unused and unopened, in their original packaging, with any seal or cellophane still intact.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept fragrances that have been opened, sprayed or used.
• Gift cards and items marked as final sale can't be returned.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days and let you know by email. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different fragrance or size is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete, please email info@theintensebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, even if the item has been opened.

Our authenticity guarantee

Every product we sell is 100% authentic. If you ever have reason to believe an item isn't genuine, contact us and we'll look into it right away. Any item that isn't genuine gets a full refund, including shipping.
