Welcome to The Intense Beauty. These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.theintensebeauty.com and to any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, we're happy to help at info@theintensebeauty.com.

1. Who we are

The Intense Beauty (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trade name of Decor In Home Inc., an Illinois corporation located at 5875 N Lincoln Ave, Suite 132, Chicago, IL 60659. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the brands we sell. All brand names, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Authentic products

Every product we sell is 100% authentic and sourced through established distributors. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown as brands update their designs.

3. Testers

Products labeled "Tester" contain the same authentic fragrance as the retail version. They are supplied by brands for in-store sampling, so they usually come in a plain box or no box, and may not include a cap.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep prices and stock information accurate, but errors and changes can happen. If an item is unavailable or was listed at an incorrect price, we'll contact you before shipping, and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We may limit quantities and may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or are placed for resale.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we ship it and send you a shipping confirmation. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card number.

6. Promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms stated with each offer, can't be exchanged for cash, and generally can't be combined unless we say otherwise.

7. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Product use

Fragrances are for external use only. Please review the ingredients before use, patch-test if you have sensitive skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Keep products away from children, heat and open flame.

9. Using our website

Please don't misuse our site, for example by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this site, including text, design and graphics created by us, may not be copied without our permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our site and products are provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
