We want your new fragrance to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more (after discounts, before tax).
• For orders under $150, shipping starts at $4.90. The exact rate depends on your order's weight and the shipping method you choose, and it's shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
• These times are estimates. Carriers can run slower during holidays and bad weather, and we'll always help if something seems stuck.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

More than one package

If you order several items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages. You'll never pay extra shipping when this happens.

Why fragrance ships by ground

Perfume contains alcohol, so carriers treat it as a restricted item. It usually travels by ground service, and some faster shipping options may not be available for every order.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, or if it arrives damaged, please email info@theintensebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
